hi every one

im soo bored from my hair and i wanna make some changes... im 18 and i have hair till shoulders..im white but im not that that white and im not that dark white..im average white close to red white..and i have very dark brown hair and dark brown eyes..and my face has a round shape and my height is 5.2 feet and i waigh about 52 kg.

and should i color the hall of my hair or not??

In the country I live, most ladies highlight their hair i.e. have two tones colour. e.g. one would dye brown red with few shades of light brown, or blond among the hair. It makes the colour of the hair very vibrant n interesting.
