Hair color help!?!?

Two days ago i dyed my hair a redish brown with an inperminent hair dye (it fades after 30 washes), however it is much closer to my actual hair color than i thought it would be. Today it i bought a PERMANENT hair color kit that comes with hightlights. I am very impatient and want to dye my hair as soon as possible with the new stuff,my mother is worried that there will be some chemical reaction and might not turn out the way i want since i JUST colored it. Should i wait?

Hair color help!?!?

of course.. you are not to dye your hair after u have dyed until 6 weeks. U hv to wait for atleast 6 weeks before u dye it again..

wait for about a month, your hair will be totally fried if you dye it so soon! so wait for a little while! good luck!

Yes, you should wait. Dyeing of any kind is very stressful for the hair. Doing it twice in such a short amount of time presents you with a great risk of permanently damaging your hair. It could easily become dry, brittle, poofy, or flaky.

Most would agree that you should wait at least a month before trying to dye again. And be SURE next time!

I wouldn't do it. A lot of people recolor their hair if they don't like it. It won't hurt you, but personally, I'd wait. Over processing can damage your hair.

I would wait. To much dye to your hair can burn it and cause major problems. I would wait at least a month.

Hair color help!?!?

If the dye is not permanent and its sort of like a rinse then it really shouldn't affect your hair or color. But if its a permanent dye, you would probably want to wait at least a month before you try it again.
