I think you would look really pretty with a soft light brown coloring. And, since your hair is that short, you should just let it grow out. If you are too impatient to do that you might want to consider extentions. But with your hair like that two pigtails look really cute!

okay im pro at this...so dye ur hair dark brown or black then put blonde or red highlights or just dye you hair bright blonde. ask for a choppy look or create ur own choopy look then get extensions and put them at the bottom of you head and layer it then cut the extensions.... so ur hair will have this effect:
