Doctor's say that dying your hair isn't really safe at all cause you can get cancer's from it.

You'll know when it's too much...your hair will get dry and brittle and the color looks horrible. It's safe every 4 weeks or so, but they have the new root touch up thingy, so it's supposed to help with roots and looks more natural. I'm a natural blonde, but I color darker, so I don't have to worry about roots too much.

i worked in a salon for years and for home color we always told them 3 months! That stuff is very harsh.

ever 3-4 moths is OK bu don over do it you don't want to look like a bird on a cereal box

Make sure you dont put it in ur scalp....that is bad for you and can cause balding
