What kind of hair loss are we talking about? Are you talking about you went from barely losing any to losing about 100 strands a day? Or, are you losing a lot in the shower?

The only thing that I can suggest to you is to get to your doctor and make sure that there's not an underlying cause, like a thyroid issue. Also, anti-depressants can onset hair loss. Pregnancy can do it, too, as well as other hormonal changes.

If none of those things are the culprit, though, Rogaine for woman can help, but you have to use it on a regular basis, and you will not notice a difference for about six months to a year.

Is your hair breaking off or completely falling out all down at the root?

If it's breaking, stop abusing your hair. Don't color, relax, perm, curl, etc, etc, etc.

If it's falling out, see a doctor. Get blood tests. Make sure to get your thyroid tested.
