Does anyone know about Hair Cuttery? Are they good with coloring and dealing with LONG hair?

I have LONG hair and want to keep it that way. I also want to get it colored. Do they do a good job at Hair Cuttery? Do you trust them?

I have short hair, so I can't help you with that part of the question, but I've had my hair colored there (single process color) and it's always been great.
