Okay, here's what happened to me... I went way too light on my hair and hated it! I called the customer service # on the box of color --( if you don't have the box, look online at the company's web site, the number will be there) The representative walked me thru exactly what I needed to do to achieve the color result I needed.

Wait 72 hours so you don't fry your hair. The best thing to do is go to a salon that specializes in corrective color. If you can't shell out more money on your hair, then get the box that you used. On the box should be a toll free number to call. When you call you can tell them exactly what happened and what color you have now. They will formulate a color for you and it will cover what you have now. GOOD Luck. PS. don't try to fix it yourself, it will only make it worse

If you dyed your hair a lighter color you can actully go to a hairdresser and get a wash that dyes your hair a darker color. If you dyed your hair a darker color you could either go to the hairdresser and get it dyed lighter or you could soak your hair in hydrogyn peroxide and let it dry naturally. You could do this 3 times and then your hair would be an auborn chestnut color.

dear u have to ask a cauffeure or put on your hair adark colour like black dark brown or something same.you must wait for only 3 days.you have to choose good colours .to get it out put darker colour.

you really should wait up to 2 weeks to change the color, although color is WAY more conditioning than getting highlights. with color, it puts pigment in the cuticle of the hair, and there are alot of conditioners in the color. with bleach, or what salons call (lightner) it strips all of the pigment out of your hair leaving it with nothing in the cuticle of the hair. that is what really causes damaging of the hair, if you do one or more processes in a row. it will more likely come out less healthy if you did that with bleach and not with color. now the thing about color is that COLOR CAN'T LIFT COLOR. you can either go the same level of color or darker. you wont be able to pick a lighter shade of color than what you have now and expect it to work. it wont. i hope this helps

If you want your natural colour back, just go to barber shop tell them the colour. good luck
