Yes. Any chemical can lead to hair loss. I'll tell you why. When people color their hair most of the time the hair stylist has to bleach the hair even if the color is a brown or black. With bleach you have to first strip the hair and then bleach and then apply the color if the color does not come out the way that you want it to then you have to strip it again until and again until you get the color that you want. All along your hair is suffering. Forget it if you want a real light color because when the bleach is in your hair. The hair now becomes weak, dead, and unable to move because the bleach killed it. Now it is just waiting to come back to life. In order to get your hair's heart pumping again you have to apply the color. But the damage is already done you killed it and brought it back to life again it will never be the same not like it use to be. So now two months go by and you are loving to new hair color, next thing you know the ends of the hair starts to become brittleand it just keeps moving up and then it starts to fall out but not in the comb it just get's ate up from where ever the bleach was at. If any one tells you to keep doing this to your hair then they really don't give a f#$k about your hair but I do. I would not tell you to do something that I wouldn't do. Please don't make the same mistake that I did. Somebody told me exactly what I'm telling you and I did not listen and mines came out. But now I know better and I know how to tell you not to do what I did. I hope that I have helped you.
