I have noticed my curls aren't as fluffy. Especially top of my head, the lower back seems fine.

You should keep them hydrated as much as you can. Curly hair is already very thirsty and dry. Coloring it only makes it worse, but you can still manage it.

I only wash my hair every other day. I condition daily. I deep condition on the days I shampoo it. You may not need to take all of these steps...that's just what works for me;)

Curls like moisture. The more you dry out your hair, the less perfect your curls. Try a little leave- in conditoner.
